Double /Twin Based on 2 sharing – £70 (Oct-Dec – £65)
Family Room – £95 (Oct-Dec- £90)
Single Occupancy of a Double or Twin Room – £50
Price Guarantee – If you find equivalent accommodation within 2 miles of our location – at a better price we will match it.
SPECIAL OFFER – 2 nights double room inclusive of breakfast just £100 (subject to availability)
SPECIAL OFFER MIDWEEK – Sunday to Friday – For a couple sharing a Double or Twin room
1st night standard rate – for multiple night bookings = £50 per night thereafter (inclusive of breakfasts)
We are pet friendly – as part of this service we deep clean the room after your pet has stayed with us. For those guests bringing a pet we add a £5 per pet surcharge per stay up to 3 nights and £10 per pet for 3 nights or more
All rooms have TVs and CD/DVD players are available on request.

Bookings Cancellation Policy:
ALL deposits (typically 10GBP per room night) are non refundable
If the booking is cancelled more than 3 days before the arrival date - NO CHARGE will be made for the room
If the booking is cancelled within 3 days before the arrival date – The first nights stay will be chargeable.
SMOKING SURCHARGE POLICY
All our rooms are non smoking.
However if a guest disregards this rule we will apply a £50 per room night surcharge to deep clean the room, dipose of linens and replace fixed fabrics etc.
